On a sad note, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) lost one of their flying Officers, Tolulope Arotile to traffic accident at NAF base in Kaduna.
Daily News Nigeria gathered that it is with great sadness NAF disseminated the death news on July 14th.
According to sources, Tolulope Arotile gave up to ghost due to head injuries from the accident.
Recall that Tolulope Arotile was commissioned into NAF in September, 2017 as member of Nigerian Defence Academy Regular Course 64.
History recorded that Tolulope Arotile will be the first female combat helicopter pilot in the service as she has impacted and served well since her commissioned into the service.
However, the Nigeria Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, thereby commiserated with the legend pilot’s family over the pathetic death as he prayed that may Almighty God Grant her soul eternal rest.
“Tolulope Arotile has significantly contributed to the efforts to rid the North Central States of armed bandits and other criminal acts as she had flew different combat missions under Operation Gama Aiki in Minna, Niger State”, he disclosed.
Following profile, Late Tolulope Arotile, aged 23, hails from Iffe, Ijumu Local Government, Kogi State, Nigeria.
