A Senior Advocated of Nigeria, Femi Fani-Kayode, has disclosed his readiness to sponsor a total number of 300 Nigerians in regard to his wife, sons’ birthday and Honorary award.
“To commemorate the birthday of my wife and 3 sons I am offering a scholarship to 300 Nigerian students to Icon University in the Republic of Benin”.
Speaking further, he made known that he was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree at Icon University.
Regard to the sponsorship process, he disclosed that the interview and all processes will begin in weeks time as the application will be taken from each of the 6 political zones in the country.
“Interview will begin next week for those that are interested in winning one of the 300 scholarships that I am offering for the next semester at Icon University, Benin Republic. Those interested should reach Snowhite Pureheart Foundation owned by my wife”, he said.
According to reports, Snowhitey Pureheart Foundation is a Non-governmental Organization born out of the dare needs to reach out to children and touch their educational lives.
Fani-Kayode hereby celebrated his sons and wife with prayers.
“Dear sons, may you rejoice at being yourselves. May you follow the song in ur souls. May you wander confidently out of the flock. May you know the exquisite happiness of love. May you travel the world, learning along the way. May you face life’s challenges with curiosity, not fear.
“Happy birthday to my beautiful wife. May God lead, guide, bless and watch over you.
Our handsome sons Aragorn, Ragnar, Aiden & Liam and I love & appreciate you. You are the centre of our world. May you excel, prosper, may the Lord cause you to live long and prosper”, he prayed.
Following reactions, Nigerians praised Fani-Kayode for the brave and commendable step to support the education sector and save lives from literacy.
Contrary, some criticized why outside the country and not Nigerian Universities.
