Hearts break as Petrol stations sell fuel at N160 above

Not less than 24hours after the increased of Petrol price was announced as many Petrol stations in the country have adjusted its pump prices to N160 above.

Sources disclosed to Daily News Nigeria that Mobil station is currently selling fuel at N159, NNPC at N160 and Fatgbems at N162.

According to the Chairman of Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria, Mr Adetunji Oyebamiji told The Punch that the pump price have to be adjusted to effect the increase of the price.

Added that the circulation of the price increase depends on each fuel company.

“We welcome government to allow market determine the prices”, he stated.
