Recently on social media, fans mocked a popular Media Personality, Love Vlogger, Toke Makinwa, as she has lost her mansion at Banana Island in Lagos to The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).
Apparently, it was reported that the mansion was gifted to Toke Makinwa by Dr. Festus Fadeyi, Lagos Oil and Gas Merchant as fans named him ‘Sugar Daddy’.
Meanwhile, what led to the taken over of the house was as a result of Dr. Festus Fadeyi’s debts of 240 million naira to AMCON.
However, the inability to pay the debt led to taking over of his properties, companies and other valuable things to sum up to N240million.
Flashback to the moments Toke Makinwa disclosed that he got her dream house at 35years of age and the year, 2017, that Dr Festus Fadeyi’s children allegedly asked Toke Makinwa to vacate their father’s house and to leave him alone.
Following thousands of reactions on social media, many mocked and injected, “If you believed Toke Makinwa bought a house in Banana Island, the joke really is on you. Do you know how much houses there cost? What business did she do to be able to afford it? When you ask these questions, you’re termed a hater.
“Toke Makinwa seen at Cele Express moving from Banana Island to Ikotun Egbe after AMCON took over her home.
“Oil billionaire Fadeyi took loans to fund Toke Makinwa’s baby girl lifestyle. Mad o.
“The superior gender keep scoring own goal. So na “Scam” buy the Lekki house for Toke Makinwa, yet, she came to the timeline to motivate us with “I got all I have through hard work. Of course, it’s not easy to spread legs”.
