Easter

By Deborah Mustapha

The Lead Pastor of Grace Court Christian Centre, Ibadan, Pastor Tosin Tope-Babalola, has said that what one knows determines the strength one carries as Holy Spirit is needed.

He said this during his preaching today on the church social media page as Christians worldwide celebrate the risen of Jesus Christ after three days he died.

Preaching on the topic ‘Unshaken…trusting the Word against the world’, he urged Christians to possess the Holy Spirit, which is the reservoir of knowledge.

“You have him, you have the fullness of knowledge as it is knowing what gives you the edge”,

“We don’t build strength in the days of adversity, we build strength for the days of adversity”, he stated.

Speaking with Daily News Nigeria, Pastor Tosin added that a man empty in knowledge is a man weak in strength.

The Commandment of the Old Testament shows us how to please God but the Commandments of the New Testament shows us not only how to please God but how to enjoy Him.

The existence of the New Testament believer is premised on Faith and not fear.

However, as lockdown continues in the country, he encourages Nigerians to not give up but pray fervently and proclaim good things as Sons and daughters of Zion, no harm shall befall us neither any disease.

Following the General Overseer of Redeem Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, he pleaded souls to repent from their sins and surrender their lives.

He made the altar call during Easter Sunday Service today as Christ has risen from death after three days.

Daddy G.O speaks live and peace as he urges Christians to stand firm in Christ as every yoke has been broken.

He stressed the book of Revelation chapter 1vs 18 that Christ is the Alfa and Omega that liveth and was dead behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen.
