… I don’t want to be poor, I derive joy riding my cars
A Nigerian Politician, Senator Dino Melaye, has voiced out that selling his cars won’t solve Nigeria’s problems either reduce it.
He said it recently in one of his released videos on social media.
“I want to address some myopic, stagnant individuals who have been calling me to sell my cars, houses and give to the poor”, he stated.
Dino Melaye noted in the video that he wonders if the selling of his cars will solve the problems of the country.
“There has been a lot of unnecessary commentaries as if the selling of my cars will solve Nigeria’s problems.
“Maybe if I sell them, I will be a saint but the truth of the matter is that, if I sell them, I will be poor”, Dino lamented.
In his statements, he said he never claimed to El-shadiah nor Jehovah Jarah as it’s not possible to solve everyone’s problem in this country.
“I can’t solve all problems, I’m trying my best to make everyone happy and help them according to my riches and limits.
“However, I will hold on to my passion, which is my mobile luxury cars and I am not an impulsive giver as I give according to how Holy Spirit gives me”, he exclaimed.
Dino Melaye stressed that many people are passionate about their fortunes, which could be bags, jewellery, shoes, wristwatches, hair, clothes, houses, gadgets and a lot more. Nevertheless, he will never sell his cars.
