Again, Bishop David Oyedepo, the Lead Pastor of Living Faith Church, known as Winners Chapel, has said to critics that he enjoys insult.
He said this during his Tuesday sermon on the topic “Breaking Limit” aired through the church social media platforms.
Speaking regarding the comments from Nigerians over his recent contribution to the new CAMA policy signed into law by Mr President, Muhammadu Buhari.
He said, “if I ever preached a message where there is no laughter, don’t listen to it. I have been laughing like this in my 70s and will be forever.
“Since I found the book of Mattew 6:33, I have been laughing at the devil and keeps smiling.
“Insult me, I enjoy it. I can’t stop working because you insult me, if u should do that, I will be a big fool”.
Following the comments after Bishop Oyedepo’s contribution and warning Federal government should not make attempts to appoint Board of Trustees or shut down churches accounts.
Lauretta Onochie, the Social Media Aide to President Muhammadu Buhari took to her Twitter page as he said that Bishop David Oyedepo have no choice than to obey the rules in place in the country, except he is out of the country or have his own country.
“Enough of lawlessness”, she added.
Relatively are comments from social media users as they noted that Bishop Oyedepo only bashes the Federal government when its religious crises but doesn’t arise to education issues.
In continuation, Bishop David Oyedepo disclosed that Winners Chapel added 520 new parishes.
“The Lord shall send the rod out of Zion, rule thou in the midst of thou enemy. It’s a divine agenda. No policy under Heaven can stop it.
“If I were the devil, I will be mourning now. Shame on the devil”, he submitted.
