An Entertainer, Publisher, Mr Rotimi Ige, broke silence over cinemas and film Industry that are yet to be opened amidst the eased of COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
“Cinemas and film Industry are still sick”, he wrote.
He made the statement recently in his latest entertainment stories on The Nigerian Tribune Newspaper as he made reference to year 2019 for Nigeria Entertainment industry.
According to him, “2019 was considered a good year for numerous industries, most especially the film Industry.

“Nollywood as it is called, has experienced tremendous growth over the last decade as cinema culture was established and accepted”.
Added further that the growth of Cinema culture became a great significance advancement for the Nollywood Producers, which gave them more confidence and encouragement to keep investing into the Industry.
However, in his concerned message for the sickness of Entertainment Industry, he said, “The cherry news is that doors of most entertainment businesses will be opened again very soon”.
Meanwhile, Entertainment stakeholders of travelling and tours, hospitality and among others have lamented over the slow of businesses since COVID-19 lockdown and even as businesses are yet to pick after post COVID-19.
