…knowledge is more important than a certificate, Onochie says
Lauretta Onochie, the personal assistant to the president, Mohammadu Buhari, has mocked Chief Raymond Dokpesi Covid-19 experience after recovery.
Recap that Dokpesi broke the silence that he’s confused over being treated with malaria drugs as he hereby asked for the difference between Covid-19 caused by virus and malaria caused by mosquito.
In response to this, Onochie ask rhetorically when malaria become infectious that it ravaged Chief Raymond Dokpesi’s family?
“This is why knowledge is more important than a certificate, when you meet and engage some PhD holders, they leave you drained with ignorance and you wonder how much they paid for their certificates”, Onochie mocked.
Many reacted and said that it’s quite funny but true as it beats imagination how certain elite is trying to politicize a pandemic that is global.
“Testimonies of those self-acclaimed Covid 19 sceptics were quite misleading, especially in a country like ours, where self-medication is a common practice. Those scoundrels should be prosecuted. The man was making this statement and wore a face mask”, the tweets stated.
While others said the critics misunderstood his statements as Dokpesi did not mean he had Malaria but disclosed that he was treated with malaria drugs.
