Former Army Spokesman, Brigadier General Sani Usman Kukasheka (Rtd) has berated some Nigerians who he said are not happy with the efforts security forces are making in the ongoing onslaught against bandits and other criminals in the North West.

Kukasheka made his feelings known on Monday via his Facebook page.

He wrote, “From all indications, some people are not happy with the wonderful efforts of our gallant security forces in the North West.

“But we are very pleased with the security forces and urge them to sustain the onslaught on the criminals”.

DAILY POST observed that Nigerian security forces had in the last few days intensified offensive against bandits and other criminals in North-West Nigeria.

Reports emanating from the North West are indicating that the bandits are not finding it easy due to the ongoing military operation in the zone, as many of them have been killed, while the fleeing ones are also being arrested.
